FLH Marquês Comfy Apartment

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with kitchenware, a boiler, toaster, coffee machine, toilet paper, iron, washing machine, and hangers. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the prices at the surrounding restaurants and coffee shops are more reasonable than those in the tourist areas. The apartment have plenty of storage areas.

The apartment came with only one key, which was inconvenient when two people needed to return at different times, as there was no option to request an additional key. The toilet flush also had an issue where it kept running and required fixing. Another concern was related to the late check-out request. Although I asked for an extended check-out on the first day and even offered to pay for the extra two hours, the confirmation was delayed. I was told to ask again on the last day, only to have the request denied in the end. While I understand if late check-out is not possible, it would have been more professional to decline the request from the beginning rather than leaving it unresolved until the last moment.

Groß und sauber

Katastrophaler Check-In. Trotz Angabe der Ankunftsuhrzeit (18 Uhr) war die Kundenbetreuung nicht erreichbar so dass wir ewig vor der Tür standen und nicht wussten was wir außer warten tun sollen. Nach einem langen Flug ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Irgendwann hat sich dann jemand gemeldet, ohne Entschuldigung dafür sehr unfreundlich und mit unverständlichem Englisch.

El departamento muy lindo y cómodo . La ubicación cerca de la estación de subte que te lleva al centro y al aeropuerto

El horno y el anafe estaban bloqueados y no se podían usar, el lavavajillas nunca arranco. La ubicación para .i gusto un poco lejos del centro

Apartamento espectacular, en un lindo barrio de Lisboa (no tan cerca de los lugares turísticos, pero se llega fácil en Uber u otros medios).

Para ingresar hubo que llamar al anfitrión, que abrió la puerta de forma remota. Justo tenía una e-sim con internet en el extranjero, pero sino podría haber sido un problema.

Was clean and great location

Bare bones ( few towels, cheap TP and soap, kitchen utensils simple) apartment furniture was tired . Balcony was not like expected.... pictures on advertisement were not pics of this apartment. I felt tricked.

Very well furnished and homely apartment, in a nice area outside central Lisbon. Modern and very quiet

There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods or anything to make coffee/tea, and no water in the fridge or at all. Adding at least 1-2 bottles of water could really improve the stay :)

Clean, close to metro, bus stops and park

The check in process was not easy.
