The location was great, right near the shopping and lake in Lugano. The outside area was also quite pleasant.

It is a studio and does not have a separate bedroom, which must not have been obvious to me when I booked it. Four of us were quite cramped in the one living area. The bathroom was a nice size. There were no kitchen basics like olive oil or salt and pepper. Also there was only one dish towel, no napkins and no paper towels, and when I requested these it was denied, they don’t supply. The owners should reconsider this. As it was ground level in the kitchen some gravel came in the sill along with a few ants from the window. I noticed this in the morning we left.

Ausstattung viel schöner als auf dem Bild. Sauberkeit und sehr zentrale Lage.

An der Unterkunft nichts. Das Portal, wo wir unsere persönlichen Daten eingeben sollten, funktionierte auf dem Handy nicht.

Die Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit geschmackvollem Geschirr. War alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird.

Es gab nur 1 große Bettdecke, die bezogen war. Wir hätten lieber 2 Decken gehabt.

Location was very good. Nice place for dining in accommodation and good kitchen with all necessary equipment. There was provided coffee capsules. Very big bathroom.

A little bit cramped for family with two teenagers.

Prima lokatie dicht bij het station en de stad. Fijne plek!

Eine schöne, angenehme Wohnung, in guter Lage und hervorragenden Kopfkissen.

Die angegebene Adresse stimmt nicht, der Schlüssel lässt sich nur über eine andere Agentur besorgen, der Mailverkehr dauert zu lange, alles in allem eine Tortur, bis man weiß, wo man hin muss und wie man in die Wohnung reinkommt.
