Ático duplex con terraza en puro centro, 2 a 8 pax

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. Location is absolutely brilliant, you are right in the centre of everything. We arrived early in Madrid and the landlord let us drop our bags in to the apartment even though it was not ready for us. When we checked in I was amazed with the apartment. It was absolutely spotless. We were a group of 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 single people. Including the pull out bed in the living room there are 4 large double beds. It was more than spacious for everyone. The 2 bathrooms were great. The kitchen though small was fully equipped with everything you would need for making small meals throughout our stay. There is AirCon through out the apartment which keeps the place very comfortable. BUT of course the Balcony is the star of the show….is just fantastic, this is where I spent most of my time, fantastic. Even though we were absolutely central Madrid there was absolutely no street noise to be heard once inside. I really cannot think of 1 thing that I could really complain about here. A small annoyance was that there are only 2 sets of keys so it meant a bit of organisation where everyone was out and about separately… but not a big thing! I was in contact with the landlord a few times during the stay over WhatsApp and he responded every time with minutes. He was excellent. We all loved our stay in Madrid. We would all go back and we would all stay here again without any question. And I will recommend to friends and family. Great holiday! Thanks!

The only problem was that we had to come home!

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro, un po’ vecchiotta, ma la l’ubicazione lascia trascurare i particolari

L’emplacement est exceptionnel - à une vingtaine de mètres de la Puerta del Sol! - tout en étant au calme. Nous avons fait toutes nos visites à pied. La terrasse est sympa. L’appartement est très bien équipé, notamment dans la cuisine. Il est sur deux niveaux, ce qui lui donne un petit aspect maison.

Une chambre sans climatisation, mais ce n’est que légèrement gênant.

The hotel is a refurbishment into an old building, so we could see the exposed beams and the architecture was pretty. The apartment was cool in the heat of the day and it was quiet, so we slept well. We were centrally located and we were able to eat in a range of places around. Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful.

The ceilings on the two bedrooms upstairs were low, so we had to bend our head to avoid bumping our heads. The downstairs room had no AC- so was a bit stuffy.

Facilidad para realizar el checking. Para gente joven o turistas que sea su primera vez esta muy bien ubicado ya que esta a 1 min de sol.

Esta abuhardillado con lo que las 2 habitaciones de arriba son algo incomodas por el tema de la altura del techo y la falta de ventana en la habitación inferior. Los sofás camas son bastantes incomodos. Para gente joven puede estar bien pero para familias o gente mas mayor no lo recomiendo.

The location was excellent and within easy walking distance to museums, sights, shopping, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment was spacious - 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, 1 bedroom and bath on main floor. Air conditioning units on both levels. The terrace was a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor. There is a small elevator, but if it goes out of service, the stairs might be a concern for some. The washer was out of order during our stay, so you might want to ask if it is operable beforehand if that is an important feature for you.
