Ático duplex con terraza en puro centro, 2 a 8 pax

I really liked the space in the living room area, and access to an outdoor little terrace in the middle of the city was great. The person who met us and gave us the keys was helpful and gave good restaurant recommendations. Excellent kitchen and laundry facilities.

The bedroom on the bottom floor was very hot and boxy, and the fan didn't work. We could hear loud talking and noise all night, from somewhere I think some railing around the stairs up to the other bedrooms would be good.

Centrally located

Air conditioning does not cool apartment, especially the two bedrooms upstairs (do not stay here in the summer). Elevator is noisy and can be heard all night. Owner was not honest about work being done to the building- the terrace was unusable with workers outside early in the morning, with late notice and no discount offered.

every time the elevator is used, the floor and bed literally were shaking and very noisy, and that kept me awake at night

Very nice touch to have an expresso machine with coffee and sugar for us. The property was amazing! Location, location, location!!! Superb property with internet, both Wifi and LAN cable provided. Wonderful terrace for enjoying late afternoons and evenings. Kitchen had everything one needed to prepare meals and having the huge Supermarket at the Corte Ingles just about 5-7 minutes away walking was amazing. If you go to Madrid, this is definitely the place to stay. Pharmacies, Shops, Live entertainment, all within walking distance, and the property is soooo comfortable and inviting.

It is a little deceiving that in the same Building their is a Pension. However, it has nothing to do with this amazing property. We felt totally safe.
