Ático duplex con terraza en puro centro, 2 a 8 pax

The location was superb, right in the heart of it all. Everything was within walking distance, and if you preferred not to walk, the train station and taxi service were less than five minutes away. There were abundant food and shopping options, with entertainers nearby and the Plaza just minutes away. Communication was prompt and efficient.. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with several essential items, including tea, oil, sugar, spices, and a couple of bottles of water in the refrigerator. We assumed these were left behind by the previous tenant, but regardless, it was a thoughtful touch. Having a lift was nice and it easily fit 3 people. Be warned, if you try to overload it, an alarm will sound, and it won't close until you go below the weight limit. Having 2 bathrooms was a nice find as well, as most places we liked only had one.

The entry process was a bit unclear initially, but we eventually managed to gain access. The door's combination lock was somewhat stiff, requiring several attempts to open. Once inside, the magnetic key card functioned flawlessly for the remainder of our stay. The patio doors did not lock, though this was less of a concern given our third-floor location. We improvised a solution using an umbrella to secure them. The bathroom door also lacked a locking mechanism, and the coffee maker was quite dirty. We made repeated attempts to clean it, but after approximately six cups of only water, the coffee still had a yellowish tint. Several items within the unit needed to be relocated to create usable surface space, and the presence of at least six diffusers emitting a strong scent necessitated their storage in a cupboard due to severe allergies The main floor bedroom is hard to move around in, has the smaller bed, and has no window that can open. We managed, but just a heads up. We were a little disappointed that it stated views of the city, but the patio only gives you views of other roofs and the balcony below.

Great location

The place is very tiny and was a bit tight for just two people. I could barely stand up straight by the one wall in the upstairs bedroom with the slanted ceiling. The stairs and the floor were also slanted a bit so it was weird walking into the room. I don't see how this could be usable for anyone over 5' 8" (173 centimeters) tall. There were also stains on the fabric of the chairs and on the couch which made the place feel dirty.

Poor wifi reception…could not load netflix on tv…could not use laptop most of the time..awful feces stench in lower bedroom….elevator noise all night long ….patio furniture was unusable…rust stains on the metal table and the chairs were for children size bodies….would stay here only if desperate …

The location was perfect. Easy to walk to the tourist attractions. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Bus and tube stations very near.

We thought the stairs in the property were very step and quite dangerous as there was no hand rail. The property was great for 4 people but 8 would struggle to stay here comfortably.

Perfect for a single parent with teenagers. One bedroom each, and a bathroom on each floor. Extremely convenient location. Brilliant advice and tips from Helena.

Mainly positives. Only minor drawback was lack of air con in the bedroom next to the kitchen, but I still slept fine.

Great location in the heart of the city. We were group of 5 and liked the apartment very much. The terrace is great, you can eat your breakfast there. You find everything you need in the kitchen.
