A guest relation will meet and greet the tenant at the apartment to welcome and check them in. They will show the tenant the apartment, its facilities and introduce them to the area. Any request for additional key(s) should be made prior to arrival. Please note there may be a charge for this. Check-in and check-out outside of advertised times is only possible by prior arrangement and is subject to additional charge. At the time of the check out the tenant must ensure: -The property is left in a clean and tidy condition. -To lock the property and put the keys through the letterbox (unless instructed otherwise). -Ensure all the lights are switched off. -All the heating is reset (switched off). -All rubbish should be left in the waste disposal room/site. Please note if the tenant fails to comply with these requirements, any cost incurred will be deducted from the security deposit or additional charges will be made.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
