By no means is this 'Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment – Jericho' a luxury property. I’d describe it more as just okay. Worn furniture does not qualify as luxury. The apartment needs serious maintenance, starting with the entrance door handle, which was falling apart. I didn’t get the chance to test the underfloor heating, as the days were very warm, but we literally had to wait 10 minutes for the shower water to heat up.

The location is incorrectly described. The directions provided on Booking.com take you to a location in central Oxford. This apartment is about 3/4 mile north of the centre. It’s a nice location, but not as described

Rengøring var mangelfuld. Rummene meget varme, der stod 2 ventilatorer som ikke virkede, vinduer kunne kun åbnes et par cm.

Große, bequeme Betten, geräumige Zimmer Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Location was good, a little difficult to find but the host was so helpful and on hand at all times when needed.

Avoid at all costs – terrible experience! Or be ready for unpleasant surprises. The attitude was awful, the staff were rude, cold, and completely uninterested. We booked one address through Booking.com, but the apartment turned out to be at a different location altogether – this is a clear violation. When we arrived at the address listed in the booking, we were told, "Actually, check the email, it's a different address." We then had to walk another 20 minutes with tired children to a place that wasn’t central and was much harder to get to. The instructions on how to reach the property were confusing and unclear. The rules for staying there were absurd – it felt like I was hired to be a cleaner, not a guest. I couldn’t even relax. While we always leave places clean, this time I didn’t even want to touch anything. Guests are required to strip the beds before leaving and follow overly complicated instructions for electricity and the boiler. I just wanted to come in and have hot water – but of course, that wasn’t available right away. On top of that, I felt like a hostage – they charge a £150 deposit and don’t return it for two weeks. It made me uncomfortable to even complain or express dissatisfaction because I was afraid they might withhold the deposit. Absolutely unacceptable service for the price. The bathroom wasn’t even that clean – there were someone else's hairs. I don’t think they clean after guests, it seems like guests are expected to clean everything themselves. Late check-in, weird rules, and you still have to clean up before you leave. Avoid this place at all costs. Completely untrustworthy hosts!!!
