It was a good location in Jericho but the postcode on website is a bit misleading However flat was very spacious and comfortable Would be nice to have a bit of an earlier check in As it was they let me park earlier and I was able to access apartment earlier Thank you very much Would reccomend Liz

The space in the apartment and car parking

The photo and location on booking.com did not match where the place.was. Hideous to find anf gain entry. I had informed our arrival time but the apartment was not ready. The housekeeper was lovely though and made us welcome. We had to put the water heating on, this went off over night so cold showers in the morning ( until the water warmed up). The kitchen utensils needed a good scrub!! The apartment was quite a walk from the city centre, thus did not match booking.com description!!! Overall, would not recommend.

"Good stay, but be aware...."

Friendly , helpful housekeeper and good location

We did not receive a booking confirmation email, only via Booking.com app, so went to address shown on here. THIS IS NOT THE PROPERTY ADDRESS. So be sure you get your email. We got taxi to wrong location and had to wait around. The housekeeper was helpful and collected us, but frustrating and inconvenient start to the trip. A £300 deposit was taken, and not returned until we chased. Do keep an eye out. The deposit was only returned minus £40 for early check in fee, which we had not been advised of cost of, and after above location issues, were not actually early really anyway! Good location of the property, a little tired internally but suited our needs for a weekend break, however do keep an eye out for the issues with lack of management comms/action.

"Owner shows the location somewhere else to fool you! BEWARE!"

It was spacious

The flat is not where the description says it's supposed to be. The bathrooms were not very clean, with open bottles of shampoo, soap and so on, some that had clearly been there for too long. The shower curtains were mouldy, and one had a stain that looked like dried blood. In response to the owner's comments: 1) a customer should not find out AFTER the property is booked, that it is not in the place where it shows in the original description. Your comment only proves that it is your intention to fool people, who like me, did not read a message that you sent as a follow up to a reservation that should have respected the property's address in the first place. 2) Receiving an email does not equal acceptance of conditions. What reason would there be for the property address to change from the advert to the email? I was very clear when we spoke and exchanged messages when we were in front of the wrong address that I thought your approach was misleading and that you were evidently selling a property that was not there. 3) Your representative did open the door for us, and was kind and attentionate; there was no reason to lash out at him because of something the owner did wrong. 4) When we first went there, we only had a quick look at the property only to drop our luggage (which I recognise you allowed us to do early), but we were not checking in and did not go through every room or bathroom. We only noticed the mouldy shower curtains later. The property was spatious as I put as a positive, but the comments I made about the empty bottles and the shower curtains are accurate.

The property was very clean and was in a quiet , secure block with underground parking . Everything that you would need and 2 ample sized bedrooms. Jericho is a lovely place with pubs , restaurants and delis a short distance from the city centre.

There was nothing to dislike , everything was great

"Terrible experience!"

Location

We booked this apartment in January, but our check in date was August 1st. We were particularly searching for one with free cancellation so that we get time to decide before our stay in August. But immediately after we booked, this property deducted entire payment for the whole stay and that was shocking. We had booked a hotel for the same dates in the same location and we wanted to take some time and decide between the two, but these people were so smart and took our money immediately. We cancelled the other one fearing these people may not refund. Booking.com has this proof. Also on July 20th, two weeks prior to our stay they deducted security deposit amount without any intimation. That was unexpected!! Usually we pay security deposit when we physically reach the property. The property clearly mentions check in time between 4pm to 6pm(no idea how international travellers can fit in this particular 2 hour time slot)and late check in & check out will be charged. Day before travel I messaged and asked the charge for a late check out and received a sweet reply saying its complimentary and no charge at all. Normally if you don't charge for late check out we think these people may not charge for late check in because we were travelling from Dubai and many factors can affect our check in time including flight delays, immigration queues, road traffic etc. We already messaged them that our landing time was around 4.30pm, and we will be reaching around 6.30pm, they didn't mention about any charge. After landing we messaged our journey got bit delayed and we will be reaching around 8pm. The reply was "okie dokie", no mention about extra charges. But the property deducted 40£ because we arrived at 7.50pm. And one more thing we have to take the role of a domestic cleaner before check out or else they deduct 100£ for that too. I have been a loyal customer of booking.com for the past 10years and this was the first time our experience was disappointing.
