"Great Location for Exploring Oxford!"

The location next to local transport and shops and restaurants was really great! Also, so very nicely located but really quiet and calm around the apartment. The washer and dryer worked really great too! Fans in each of the rooms were a really welcome touch.

Nothing bad to say.

"Very functional & well equipped apartment in Summertown, Oxford"

Very functional & well equipped 3 bedroom apartment with thoughtful gestures like clothes drying rack, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper etc. Tucked in a quiet residential cul-de-sac yet only a 5 to 10 mins walk to Summertown restaurants, takeaways, M&S etc. 2 mins walk to bus stop to Oxford town centre.

"Erg prettig huis als uitvalsbasis naar Oxford of omgeving"

Het huis was fijn, ruim, schoon en ook de locatie was erg aangenaam!. Het was ook van alle gemakken voorzien met ruim voldoende kleine dingetjes als keukenrol, handdoeken, theedoeken, vaatwastabletten etc.etc. Gewoon erg compleet.

Het enig minpunt is dat de bedden net aan de korte kant zijn ( Ik ben 194 cm). Verder helemaal geen minpunten. De garage is smal maar het gaat wel (Renault scenic past)

"Ideaal geleden, maar heeft onderhoud nodig."

Ideaal gelegen om de stad te bezoeken. Winkels en bushaltes waren vlakbij. De eekhoorns en zelfs een vos in de tuin waren een leuke bonus. Er was voldoende ruimte in het zit- en eetgedeelte van het appartement.

De garage is echt smal, zeker voor auto's met het stuur aan de linkerkant. Onze Toyota Verso paste er nog nét in. Vooral in de slaapkamers rook het vochtig. Er stonden wel overal vochtvreters, maar die zaten al vol vocht en hadden dus al vervangen moeten worden. Het appartement was niet 100% proper. Er lagen nog kruimels onder de tafel, bijvoorbeeld en er hingen verschillende spinnenwebben en stofdraden boven ooghoogte. Alle verwarmingstoestellen vielen bijna uit elkaar en leken niet veilig om te gebruiken. Gelukkig was het mooi weer en hadden wij ze niet nodig. De ventilatoren zagen er ook niet meer goed uit, de roosters waren roestig en vuil.

Prima voorzieningen

Dekbedovertrek stonk naar natte hond. Waarschijnlijk te lang in vochtige wasmachine gezeten. Deuren (vooral douchedeur) klemmen en maken wat slaand geluid bij openen/sluiten. Hierdoor klachten van bovenliggende buren.
