Súper clean! Great communication from host perfect for 2 city center

In general, the apartment is really nice and cosy. The location is absolutely amazing, close to the nightlife but not very loud and the communication with the hosts was fast and smooth.

The bed is a bit squeaky which can be problematic for people with sleeping problems and the kettle was leaking a bit.

Location, location, location! Unfortunately, we were only there overnight, but the neighborhood was so lively and fun (and yet, surprisingly quiet for sleeping), I wanted to stay longer.

Initial entry was a bit confusing. But, the instructions were a little lost in translation.

As indicated in booking the host will be at the apartment. Unfortunately I received instructions a few days before to go to a place to retrieve the keys. The place was about 200m from the apartment. Our first time in Madrid and so had some difficulty finding the place. Also instructions were in Spanish and we had difficulty in retrieving the keys and using the washing machine etc. However the host was patient even though he could barely speak English!

Perfect spot to stay close enough to the action in the center of Madrid but strategically located in a cozy slightly busy but quiet area especially once you close the windows of the apartment. The guest Mari was always available to answer questions and a kind person. Would definitely recommend this place especially if your goal is to explore the city and just come back to rest and sleep well. Would stay there again if back in Madrid

It's not a negative point at all. But Hot water can be tricky. If you like your shower hot it's not recommended you set it hot but set it just warm enough or it'll run out very fast especially for two people. So do not blame the place for that, just be mindful of it I guess. We let Mari know and she will look into it to make it better :)

Very central place. Clean. And easy to get the keys.

Bed is too small/ short: i’m 1m85 and had to lay diagonally in bed for my feet not to stick over the end. Luckily i was alone, impossible to sleep with two persons. The street is quite noisy, so not a possibility to sleep with the windows open.
