Balcony Apartment Malasaña

Nice apartment, big enough for two person, well positioned. We had enough towel for 5 days, there are store just outside the building but are expensive, but more accessible store ar at 100m. There is a bar downstairs but there is no noise from that.

We really missed a machine to make coffee. Please buy a coffee filter or espresso or some pot just for the coffee. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors and they can also hear you when you have night activities.. Just one power outlet near the bed.

Clean, cozy, excelent location. Excelent communication with the host. The Air conditioner provide enough warm, as it was cold outside in this period. (Take in consideration that the bed could be a little short for persons taller than 190.)

Good, clean apartment in rather central location, equipped with all you need for a short stay. Fully corresponds to the description. Within a walking distance from the main city attractions. Easy to reach from the airport. The host is easily reachable for any questions.

Pillows might be more comfortable and there could be another blanket.

The location is GREAT! The view from the windows is very fun. The welcome chocolates from the host are good. The kitchen is small but adequate. The microwave also functions as a grill, which is great for bread and quiches.

a few minutes walk to central spots and metro services. loads of cafes, bars, supermarkets etc on doorstep, spacious property, lovely features. owner kept in touch frequently and was super helpful.

This property was perfect for us who were staying just for a couple of nights.

Everything was great. The location is amazing and even though it’s loud in the street, when you close the windows you can’t hear anything. The apartment was clean and spatious. The bed was comfortable.

The front door of the building is very loud when it closes and you can hear it in the apartment. Other than that, perfect.

I simply cannot praise this apartment enough, everything is provided and is of the very best quality and spotlessly clean, the location is perfect, a very short walk to the metro and to the main shops (think Oxford Street) a supermarket at the top of the street, amazing bar right below and equally important patisserie opposite, open the shutters and watch the world enjoying life then close the double glazing for complete silence, there's even a theatre a few doors away, we just didn't want to leave and will be back...one tip is that twice we walked miles checking out the many bars and restaurants around and ended up back at Circo the bar directly below the apartment it's that good (try the burger)....so if you are looking at this apartment and its available don't hesitate just book it.... Oh... I should just add Mari the owner goes out of her way to help in every way, her communication is instant...
