Andrea was an amazing host, giving us a warm welcome and great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. His restaurant recommendation was particularly good. The apartment is spacious and clean, with plenty of water, coffee, and things to eat for breakfast. On top of that, Andrea will bring you croissants of your choice each morning of your stay. Highly recommended!

It was very clean, well appointed. Host was exceptional! Very helpful and gave great recommendations for dinner. Fresh croissants were at our door in the morning! What a beautiful touch, and very delicious!

Small shower which is typical in Italy. Everything else is so big and modern at La Rosa.

The place was in a perfect location, really nicely decorated and very clean. The host was extremely helpful, providing information on where to park, and suggestions for restaurants, activities and hikes. Oh, and he dropped off warm croissants in the morning - what a treat!

The host Andrea was exceptional to work with. He was kind, Knowledgeable, attentive and communicative. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Andrea spent a lot of time paying attention to detail to account for the customers wants/needs. The apartment was well located within walking distance to most places. It is located in historic downtown Pienza. It is modern, clean, comfortable and easily accommodated our family of four. If I could give this a higher rating I would. We absolutely loved our time here.

It is well equipped, very good location and friendly staff.

The mattress was too soft, but maybe this is just a matter of taste.

Breakfast was a simple croissant and coffee, but they were delicious & fresh!

We loved the king sized bed but it was softer than we like. That was the only thing about the facility that we recommend improving.
