Andrea was a wonderful host. He went the extra mile (or kilometer!) to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. He provided personal restaurant recomendations which were much appreciated as we were there in the beginning of the off-season (November) and many restaurants had closed for vacation. His travel maps and tips were extremely helpful. The space is very spacious and cozy at the same time. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Location couldn't be more central and convenient. Fridge was well stocked for breakfast, As noted, the wonderful fresh bakery Coronetti delivered every morning were much appreciated.

Andrea was an amazing, responsive and personable host who took the time upon check–in to give us loads of advice about things to see in the local area. His lovely, recently renovated apartment is in a super location in Pienza and is well–equipped, cosy and delightful. We loved our stay here and the time we spent in this beautiful part of Tuscany.

Everything. The location, the host and how helpful he was with directions and everything we needed at any time. Also the flat was very comfortable, and had everything we needed it.

the host is super friendly and explained everything in detail. Location is in the heart of the village.

when you have a place in the centre then you may have the noise of the loading trucks at 6 am in the morning and hear people shouting each other late night or early in the morning. the owner put some ear plugs but personally i am not a fun of those plugs. Beds were soft and made some pain at the back.

the property is in a perfect position. Beautifully decorated with everything we could need. Andrea was very welcoming and helpful.

the master bed would be a bit short for a tall couple. I was a single so it was great and very comfy.

Nearly everything!! The apartment is in a beautiful well-kept building in the old center, and is super cute, clean and comfy. We loved it. The host, Andrea, is so friendly, attentive and helpful. When we arrived, we were introduced to a well-decorated and well-stocked apartment (food-wise: coffee, tea, milk, yogurt and biscuit; bathroom amenities: local shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion), and he provided info about everything a tourist could need :)) including google map locations for gorgeous view points. Last but not lease, in the mornings, Andrea brought us fresh hot croissants!

The mattress is one of the bedroom is rather soft and out of shape maybe due to older mattress.

Excellent location, short distance to the Duomo and nice restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Warm cornettos every morning at your door was a special treat. The host was very knowledgeable about what to see in Pienza and nearby locations and provided all the necessary information to get there. We had a wonderful stay and would like to come back in the future.
