Residenza d'Epoca La Rosa

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Pienza. Host was so welcoming and gave us info on all the areas around, as well as free parking area. So clean with beautiful bathroom accessories. Andrea (and wife?) should be so proud of what is a great apartment.

Everything about the property and stay was incredible.

5+ stars. Best apartment we have ever stayed in. New, spacious, well decorated. Felt homey. The owner put a lot of thought into creating a warm, welcoming space. The host met us on arrival and gave us lots of written recommendations on where to eat, what to see, etc. Good selection of teas, coffee in the apartment, as well as milk, juice and yogurts for breakfast, in addition to yummy warn croissants delivered to our door every morning at 8am. Great location in town, but not noisy. Would potentially be an issue to people with mobility challanges. No driving/parking in the historic district and up 2 flights of stairs. For us, it was an easy <10 min walk. Bring small rollies, not big ones. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but we were able to find free parking every day.

Needs a real couch or love seat. Current couch is a fold out twin bed and not comfortable.

Perfectly clean apartment, in the most beautiful street in Pienza! Wonderful host, fresh croissants every morning in front of the door are the icing on the cake! Refrigerator full of milk, juices, yogurt... Jams, Nutella, toasted bread on the kitchen. Coffee, teas... everything for a real Italian breakfast ❤️ The host did not mind that by mistake we entered the child's age incorrectly. There is a quiet restaurant bellow. The apartment is on the first flour (steep stairs).

Keep in mind that Pienza is a real tourist town, there is no silence during the day or at night (loud tourists and locals until 2am and at 8am every morning noisy truck washes the steet). There is a lack of dishes in the kitchen (many small plates and deep plates but only two large shallow plates, one cooking pot, two pans and one glass bowl). That's all. There is no diswasher (we didn't mind). The pillows are not the best.

Everything was perfect: From pre-arrival parking advice and restaurant tips to sightseeing and excursion recommendations to the croissant service in the morning. We felt really spoiled and pampered by Andrea. The apartment was sparkling clean, the kitchen very well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the list goes on. We didn't want to leave...

Pienza is incredibly beautiful and Residenza d'Epoca La Rosa is ideally located. We enjoyed the very tastefully decorated apartment, you have everything you may need, fresh croissants are delivered in the morning and Andrea a very attentive host. Grazie mille Andrea!
