I like the location. It's very easy to get to. But don't follow the map in the booking.com app because it's incorrect. It points to a place a few blocks away from the actual SMDC Jazz. The direction to get into the Tower B parking is also confusing as there was no signs pointing to where people should go for Tower A and B Parking.

My sister arrived at around 2:30 pm and the keys were not yet at mailbox as instructed at the check in directions. While i realized later that check in is starts at 3pm then check out at 11, i think the check in time is too late for an early checkout of 11am. Even hotels follow 2pm to 12nn. Would be perfect if they can adjust the check in and out time. To be fair, the unitnowner is very easy to contact and is responsive.

I booked this property three times already. They have improved the wifi or internet connection, it was a lot faster compared before. They also upgraded he couch into a sofa bed.

The unit owner was really accommodating. The unit was also clean and has complete kitchen utensils, so cooking there was not a problem.

One security had very bad attitude !! I pay for extra person , but the security giving us bad time ! Thanks to him , I’ll never stay there again , because the policy it’s terrible , and there’s a charge to swim in the pool 150 per person ! I’m sorry to say this , but that one person the security he’s not belong there ! Giving me bad time every time I see him , because he’s not in the mood always ! Even for visit only not allowed because need to pay extra every guest .
