Property owner was very accommodating and responsive. Very professional. Place is clean, has wifi and airconditioning. Was very tempted to extend my stay, if only I had no other plans.

Desvær forkert reklame hvad værelse inderholder, der var ingen gratis vand, der var ikke nogen daglig rengøring, svær at for kontakt til ansvarlige person, minus hårtørrer. Der kom en og spurte os om det kan gør rent, og vi lavet en aftale dag og tid, men det kom aldrig den dag spild vores tid.der blive gøret rent en gang under vores ophold.

No hotel service at all just given key after 35 minutes in the lobby and another 20 waiting for the only two of six working elevators. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and free breakfast was not provided.

No signal, no wifi because phone was hidden in the drawer no instructions. Too many cockroaches

Our stay was on the 43rd floor of the Jazz "D" Tower and the view was outstanding; especially at night. Though there were a couple of maintenance flaws such as an elevator being non-functioning and long hair found as soon as we entered the bathroom. Our stay was for the most part very satisfying ...

This is NOT a hotel, but a private residence that someone is posing as a hotel. Not only is this false advertising, but the condition of this accommodation was unacceptable. When we "checked-in" we got to our room and there were full garbage cans, dirty dishes in the sink, dirty bedding that was not changed for the next guest. We didn't even look at the condition of the bathroom, and thought someone was there and it had been double booked. When we questioned the receptionist, he called the owner and suggested we wait around for them to clean it up. 20 minutes later, the owner shows up and laughed at us making some remarks to the receptionist as if we were being unreasonable. We did not want to wait 2 hours for them to clean and wash everything, so we walked out and booked another hotel. Basically, the residence owner and Hotels.com are pointing fingers at whose to blame, and no one is taking responsibility. Basically, they both have made their money and fooled the customer. I have had no trouble with this service before, but it seems like a very slimy operation and I am disappointed how this has been handled.
