Condotel @JAZZ Residences

It is more convenient and less stress if you rent a condominium and if you are on a tight budget and if you want a staycation. Instead of checking in a cheap hotels this will be a perfect staycation getaway for your friends within the metro. The pool was great, it was big for you and your family and friends to enjoy a morning dip or even niggt swimming. They do have gym also but wasn't able to try it. Perfect scenery especially during night time. They also have kitchenette where in you can cook your own food.

Place is a condominium so you have your freedom to cook which is very helpful. Place is secure but no appropriate staff to approach if you need something.

This apartment complex have everything you need from gym, pool and shopping mall with restaurants and cafes. If you want to venture out in Makati you can walk within 15-20minutes. The only disappointment were the room is very tiny and the bed was so uncomfortable. We arrived very early in the morning in Manila (at 5am) so we had to wait until past 2pm to be able to check in, and to find the room wasn't clean properly just another disappointment.

Jazz Residences itself is commendable because it is very accessible, clean and a lot of facilities are offered. They have nice swimming pools and also have a mini-gym.It is also easy to find food in the area since the ground floor of the building is a supermart and has a number of restaurants. It is just hard to communicate with Filnaija, who takes charge of the bookings. They do not reply to your queries immediately and you have to call them several times before you can get through with them. Other than that, our stay @ Jazz Residences was worth the price.

It is a very nice place but a bit expensive...It is a condo and not an hotel, which is actually a good thing but in that case the price should be very much lower because there is no service linked.

The check in was horrible and the bed fell apart while we were sleeping.
