My husband and I had a check in date for a two night stay on February 16 & 17, 2020. Our reservation was nowhere to be found and we had to rebook a reservation on the spot with brokers who hover around the lobby of the condominium complex. We went from one building to another and still there was no record of our reservation. I called the numbers listed on our reservation, but nobody answered. I will never book again through Hotel. com. Upon returning to the United States, I tried calling and even went online to air my complaint, but have not heard back from them.

Very disappointing, No one to help us with reservation. Tried to call the contact person several times, but no answer. We ended up getting a different place. We need refund of the money $196.58 we paid.We arrived at the place but the security guard has nothing to do with it. The owner of the condo did not arrive at the reservation we made. I will not recommend Hotel.com

Very simple, budget accommodation in a high rise tower apartment building. There must be over a 1000 units in this building! Prepare to wait for the elevators. A good way to experience how locals live in this bustling business district of Makati. For the most part, the place was clean, and as described, with a couple of recommendations and warnings: 1) How about a roll of toilet paper for the bathroom? Maybe it was an error on the part of housekeeping, but shopping for toilet paper is not the first thing I would like to do upon check in. I had to walk next door to the market and spend 15php for a roll of paper. Could have been included in the 3000php I paid for one night rent! Bring your own soap and shampoo if you are going to stay more than one night. I received a small bar of soap and a packet of one wash shampoo. 2) The bed is very small and low quality. You would have trouble comfortably sleeping two adults on the bed. It looks like the futon couch in the living area would also open as a small bed.

First No blanket The room was ruining by his owner The water heater on the bathroom was not working (cold water all the time ) We reach the hotel on Sunday leaving on Friday and the owner said they can not fix it until Wednesday The option was to change room on Wednesday We decide to stay on the room and ask for a bucket so we warm the water on the kitchen and never use the shower Bad experience
