Thanks for the stay! Just wanted to mention that the cleanliness could be improved a bit—the bathroom had a noticeable odor, and I even came across a flying cockroach (which I handled).

No breakfast available but very nice restaurant in the building. Nono's. Location is really good if you want to be in Makati. The studio is smallish but great value for money. The studio can do with a cupboard with hanging space for clothes.

Cupboard does not have hanging space for clothes. The aircon is a bit small for the room and blow directly on the bed.

Great communication from the host and the staff were professional and freindly.

The only thing we did not like about the place was the sewage smell in the toilet/bathroom area. We had to air freshener, mould spray cleaner to clean the grout between tiles and to mask the sewage smell. Otherwise if not for that everything was good. Hope they can do something about it or perhaps it’s because the building is coming of age as well. Staff were excellent!

Great location in Makati CBD! Everything was reachable yet the vicinity is not that crowded, so it's very comfortable plus the view was tranquil. The accommodation itself was really nice and clean, and everything was provided for (toiletries, hair dryer, iron etc.)
