The Ambience of the whole facility! Very accessable to shops and transportation. The view.

The tiles are somewhat dangerous to walk by,uneven tiles.

Cockroaches were very visible and apartment needs pest control. Air conditioning in lounge room area not working efficiently, poor cooling. Some furniture broken.

We had a nice view, we were handily located for Rizal Park and the sea front, there was also a lovely little craft beer bar in easy walking distance,The Taphouse.

The place could do with a good clean and make over. There's a leak in the shower room. resulting in a puddle on the floor, and the shower cubicle is dirty. The kitchen. area is well past it's best, and is smelly. The air-conditioning is very noisy. I would not use this suite again, although I would use other suites in the building
