I like the unit itself and the one who assisted us.

I didn't like how strict they are for the id of their guest. And the additional payment for late check in. And they let you know their policy after your payment. I booked azure coz it has a swimming pool and shuttle service to airport but it turned useless. Access to pool need to pay per person. And no airport shuttle.

Unable to contact the host with the contact number provided in booking.com. The security personnel at the gate of the resort was asking us to provide QR code which the host did not provide and would not allow us to enter the property.

Terrible host. Worst experience in my travels.
