"A Day @ the Azure🏖️"

the host Ms. Emily is so nice, and accommodating. She is indeed an asset. The same with the security guards, very courteous and attentive. My son truly enjoyed the kids pool as well as the sand. We had a great time staying there!

Due to overcrowding in the pool area, we were Not able to really enjoy and maximize the time spent in the beach. The fee that we paid for the pool was not worth it. I suggest, there should be a control of number of pax in using the pool/ beach area and longer swimming hours.

"Delightful and Relaxing experience."

The pool and convenient access to basic amenities supermarkets and grocery stores.

It took us more than 30 minutes before we were able to check in and check-out despite the advance notice of our arrival and departure time.

The room is nice and clean.

We werent able to check in on time as on what time is on the booking and our visitor passes were not given in a timely manner. We were forced to stay in the room to wait for it and we werent able to do things on our itinerary due to those things. We arrived one hour early to the said time then the documents for the stay was incomplete that added to the delays we checked in around 4:30 two and a half hours late then the passes was given almost 7pm almost cutoff for verifications.

Source of water is clean and comfortable nice hot shower. pool was great but limited time and a lot of processing registration before using the pool and result of having short time in the pool. place was nice and has a convenient stores around the site

Apparently the booking.com and the place where we stay has different policy which I was not aware at the time of booking. Hidden fees and charges are not clear and seems to me staff wanted to charge more and more irelevant fees which this should be included in a standard room or appartels,. that has not been said at the time of booking and the person in charge said that they have different rules from booking.com and the actual place which gave us a lot of confusion and hassle despite of a long haul flight. Place is great but you can not enjoy all the facilities said in the booking when u actually arrive at the place bec of hidden fees and charges.
