Good environment

All good

the location is good near at the airport. however its very traffic in the day tll 9pm probably.

the aircon is located right in front of your eyes and head which makes uncomfortable to sleep.. the living rrom is so hot

I like that it has 2 rooms, although the rooms are so tight and not enough space especially at the living room, dining area is too small, the bathroom has enough room for only one person. The property is clean. There’s no air con in the living room but both rooms has ac.

I didn’t like that I have to process my own access for the pool, we checked in at around 11pm, I have to hand over my ID at the receptionist, my physical ID which I have never done before for all my bookings even in Airbnb, all of my guest needs there ID copied. I didn’t get the pool access right away, I have to present my ID again thru my coordinator, they will have to email the facility to grant us access, print the approval and go to the person responsible to get the visitor access, once we got it, we have to present that to the pool booth which I thought the pool was free but we have to pay 250 each person to be able to use the pool, pay for the fees and get our bracelets. The process is too tedious that it took us to wait abt 2-3 hrs to wait for our visitors pass, too many people involved and the process is too long. Where in when you book for a hotel you won’t have any problems like this.

1. Cannot transact direct to hotel reception, all transaction are through agent which is not good and it gives inconvenience to us as a client. 2. No change lf beddings and towels for 3 days. I was the one throwing garbage and do the cleaning.

The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Loved the facilities, very family friendly and conveniently located near a local SM Mall. Very convenient stores & restaurants available at the location.

Would love to have access to other facilities which were only available for residents, such as the gym. I would of paid additional access fee if required.

It has 2 bedrooms and reasonable price.

It has cockroach.
