Location was superb. Host was fantastic! Always available to help with suggestions. She even parked her car near the apartment so we would have a space for ours since we were very unfamiliar with where to park. Provided dining suggestions and a map of the area. Provided extras like slippers, large towels, and umbrellas. Comfortable bed. There was an elevator for luggage. Grocery store walking distance.

There is a serious problem with water pressure. If someone in another unit is showering, you only have a trickle of water. I realize the host said they are working on the issue, but this was rather inconvenient as you couldn’t shower when you wanted but had to wait. I have long hair - was in the shower with soap in my hair and the pressure was lost. I could not rinse my hair. If this was not an issue, I would’ve rated a 10/10. Note - This is an apartment experience so we did get someone ringing our door at 3:00 which woke us.

This was the perfect base for three food filled nights in Modena. It’s so cozy and historic and has every thoughtful detail you could possibly need and all the comforts of home (ie washing machine, detergent, iron, hair dryer, toiletries, robes, slippers etc). We loved the feel of having an entire cozy apt without actually having to make our own breakfast (Elisabetta thoughtfully provided vouchers to the great bar around the corner for a full breakfast each day), it was a great way to get out and experience the city while being included in the rare. She is also the best host we have ever had - checks you in personally, she even saved us her own parking spot so it was convenient to leave our car, she left personalized recommendations and on checkout, helped with our luggage and even calling a cab to the train station. We really couldn’t recommend her enough — so much more memorable than a generic hotel.

Wouldn’t change anything - we didn’t even mind the stairs, it was a great way to work off some of the heavy lunches :)

Wonderful host and property so close to everything. Lift, washing machine all handy and parking permit was fantastic.

The property was centrally located to everything, very clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed (including washing machine and ice trays for annoying Americans who love their ice cubes. :-)). Elizabetta was such a lovely host. Very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again on our next trip to Modena.

I can't think of anything. This property exceeded my expectations.

Appartement lumineux et confortable, pourvu de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : bouteilles d'eau, capsules de café, cuisine très bien équipée // très propre et bien chauffé// excellente literie // Wifi performant // zone salon idéale pour se reposer // Pass parking en zone bleue // indications précises et bons conseils restaurant de la part d'Elisabetta, qui est une hôtesse compétente et s'est montrée souple quand nous avons dû reporter les dates pour une question médicale. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

The apartment was spacious and cozy. We loved the little touches she left. The host was absolutely delightful and willing to help with any questions and suggestions. 10/10 would stay again!
