The location was very good, apartment is comfortable and has everything you need

Location, living space, washer, beds very comfortable.

Door knobs were very difficult to turn. Lots of dust under the bed. Mold in the bathroom. Not enough toilet paper. Very dark when entering for first time because all the doors and window shutters were closed.

• The apartment is overall comfortable. • Check-in was smooth. • The location is very central – great for those looking to stay right in the heart of the city.

• For the price we paid, we expected more. • There was dampness in the bathroom and on the exterior wall. • The walls are very thin – we could hear everything from the neighboring and upstairs apartments. • The kitchen was a key reason we chose the apartment, but it lacked basic items like salt, oil, and detergent for the washing machine. • Toiletries were minimal – only a combined body wash and shampoo, no separate products or conditioner. • We had to purchase a lot of basic items just for a 3-day stay. • Check-out is at 11:00 and check-in is only at 15:00, which is quite inconvenient. • There is no place to leave your luggage between check-out and check-in times.

Excellent location, couldn't be better. Good to have a bathroom for both bedrooms. Easy to access entry which isn't always the case!

A little more coffee and some milk would have been nice. No wiping up cloths or dishwasher tablets.

Location was excellent. It was spacious and great for up to four guests.

There was only one key (without keyring) for the apartment and there was a charge if you wanted more. Obvious water damage and ongoing leak in the lounge. All taps in bathrooms and kitchen were loose and generally needed some attention

Loaction

Lack of ammeniteis. Like toilet paper, coffee, and shampoo. Small things make a big difference. Otherwise, good stay.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment! It was perfect for our family of three. So close to everything - within walking distance to shopping, so many restaurants and sights to see in Lisbon. After schlepping our bags up several flights of stairs during our trip to Portugal, the elevator was a wonderful treat! Guest Ready was very attentive to any questions we had during our stay.

I think this is Lisbon in general and not specific to this apartment, but parking is tough. There is a garage within walking distance, but it is very expensive and involves lots of stairs between it and the apartment. Public transportation is readily available and very close to the apartment and that would probably have been a better option for us.

the bathroom has a leak in the ceiling. You should look into it as it looks like it's damaged the ceiling. Water seems to be coming from upstairs
