FLH Chiado Bright Apartment

Location is perfect! It is super close to so many great restaurants and bars, 3 mins walk to metro,train,bus and tram stations. Highly recommended for this purpose. Apartment is spacious & very comfortable

Lack of basics like dish soap,sponge to clean dishes or even cloth to wipe a table - I stayed in number of short stay apartments and it was the first time it was not provided - very surprising in a negative sense. The same goes for salt, sugar or pepper - none of this was provided. Another minus for mold/fungus on the silicone in the shower

Beds were comfortable and location was good.We walked everywhere from the apartment.Except the club below was noisy fortunately it is not open everyday.

They can put cleaning tools in the apartment.

We stayed at this property for three nights. The check in process was smooth until we get into the apartment and the cleaning crew forgot to leave the key at the box. After back and forth with the contact and 45 minutes later someone dropped off the key at the apartment. It was definitely a communication issue between the office and cleaning staff. The apartment was very comfortable for my family group, clean beds and towels. Walking distance to some of the city landmarks, which we like. However, the area it’s full of bars and a very active night life, music until late night and a lot of drinkers around, especially the day we arrived, which it was a Saturday. It didn’t bother us because we were all adults but it’s not a family oriented area, although we felt safe at all the time I think it’s important for families with small children’s and like to walk around the area they stayed.

I’ll prefer a more quite area
