FLH Chiado Bright Apartment

The apartment is excellent. All furniture, appliances, machines and equipment are new. It is very clean and tidy. You have all the equipment at your disposal, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, cooling and heating, iron, etc. Towels, bed linen, pillows, blankets are very clean and new. You also have a bathroom and toilet. Wifi is very fast and covers the whole apartment. TV with cable channels. The apartment is in an excellent location, 2-3 minutes walk from the metro, bus and tram stations. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main square and the main street. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and clubs around the apartment. There is also a wonderful "Time out" market. Communication with the owners was excellent. All recommendations!

A small complaint and suggestion, when we came to the apartment, we expected a bottle of water or some relaxing drink to be waiting for us in the refrigerator or outside. You should also provide the guests with some sugar, salt, maybe a bag of coffee, etc. We had none of that when we came. You should correct that.

Location, style, comfort.

Only 2 single beds were set up on arrival. Not enough forks, kitchen towels or shower gel.

The apartment was nice. Nice for a family of 5. Location was close to everything. Outside was noisy, but it inside the apartment was fine.

The apartment was not safe. The day we leaved one of my daughters when to get her money from an envelope in her nap sack. The money was all gone. She was using the money for a wedding she was going to attend in Porto. She was so upset that someone came into the apartment when we were out. The lock is not safe. Someone must know the combination. Very disappointing for the rest of our vacation. Please do not leave any values in there.

The apartment is very spacious!! And the amenities are all very new and comfortable. The location is also very close to all the sightseeing places. We enjoy it very much.
