FLH Chiado Bright Apartment

The property is very well located and easy to access. Unfortunately we did not receive all of the instructions for entry but they responded quickly when we arrived and sent them. The rooms were clean and spacious for 3 people, the beds were comfortable. There are several bakeries and supermarkets within a short walk to collect essential items and we absolutely recommend the bakery below for morning pastry and coffee.

There weren’t any basic items like tea, coffee, sugar, a small appropriate type of laundry liquid to use on arrival. That would have been nice for us to have on hand until we had found the supermarket to stock those up. As it was we left behind those items we had purchased. The location is great but is very close to Pink street which is noisy all night with pedestrians and music. It got more quiet after 5.00 am. There also is an Uber exclusion zone so we had to arrange an early morning pick up about 1 small block over as it wouldn’t accept an at door pick up.

It was an excellent location for us. Lots of public transport options dining night life. The windows give excellent noise insulation so no worries! Very clean and the response from the holding company was quick and positive for everything we needed.

Could add some more kitchen cutlery and crockery. Also it would be nice to have free cleaning once a week. We stayed for a month and got just one cleaning free.

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious, with all the ammenities one might need. The location is really close to the center (15 minutes on foot to the main square), and right next to a tram, metro and ferry station.

Be mindful that the apartment is located in an area with lots of nightclubs, so it was very noisy at night. There is a club right on the ground floor. The sheets were also stained, although they were clean, but they should be replaced.

Only received access codes by email request at 1700hrs after many message inquiries about this despite being told they were sent to my WhatsApp. Reception lobby was very dirty.
