Great location. Spacious. Coffee and sugar was provided.

A little noisy but not bad. No AC. Needs ceiling fans. Or 2 more fans to place in windows to pull cool air in at night.

ventilation in bedrooms was poor. Noisy street but that comes with being in a lively area!
