Ubicación perfecta. Apto con todas las comodidades y personal en recepción durante el día.

Apto sin actualizar y algo deteriorado. Baño pequeño, lejos de la habitación. Poca iluminación interior.

Après un gros benchmark, clairement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix que j’ai trouvé ! On est sur un vrai concept d’appart-hôtel, dans un lieu très joli, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le logement est super spacieux avec un grand salon, ce qui est vraiment agréable pour se poser. Le lit est très confortable, parfait pour bien se reposer. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, hyper pratique pour être autonome pendant le séjour (un vrai plus). L’emplacement est juste idéal : en plein centre, à proximité de tous les restaurants et de la plage, tout se fait à pied. Je recommande à 100 %, j’y retournerai sans hésiter !

Honnêtement, pas grand-chose à signaler. C’est légèrement bruyant si vous y allez en été avec les fenêtres ouvertes (emplacement central oblige), mais l’appartement est équipé d’un ventilateur, ce qui permet de dormir fenêtres fermées sans problème.

L'emplacement, l'appartement spacieux.

Le manque de réactivité du personnel (pas de personnel sur place), des h eures à attendre pour résoudre un problème de clé. Des équipements défaillants : tuyau de douche percé, frigo pas froid, éclairage très insuffisant...

Sobre la limpieza y el mantenimiento quizás le faltaría un plus.

Location was top tier, a lot of restaurants and good access to public transport. Seamless check-in and check-out, key-card instead of keys. Apartment was nice size.

The freezer in the fridge was totally full of ice. The water leaked to the rest of the fridge and on the floor, which was noticeably damaged because of this. The pan in the kitchen was horribly damaged, since its a non stick pan it was most likely dangerous to use. Bed was really hard and windows let in quite a lot of noise.

Conforto, a casa é aquecida com aquecedor central, não sentimos frio.

A pia do banheiro está entupida Não podemos ligar eletrodomesticos ao mesmo tempo, pois a energia cai. Não pode trocar o canal da tv.

Good location and space.

We really enjoyed the location, and the privacy that the apartment gave. Also it was really secure and safe, so I had no worries about leaving my stuff there. The location was excellent for everything you would need, from really close transport for everything (bus, tram, ferry, train ...) to the food-market right next door, to the hundreds of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. A lovely park in front and the city centar was just 15min by foot. The front desk employees were always helpful and nice to us. And having a rooftop bar wasn't so bad either for those lazy nights in. The last thing I would like to mention was that the hostess were very helpful in find us a replacement remote for the TV, sadly even the replacement did not work but they were quick to respond to our problem.

There were a few thing that could use a bit of maintenance. Like the door to the refrigerator that was scraping the floor. Or the overall aesthetic of the apartment that was a bit banged up in a few places and needed a bit of TLC. Also we were warned prior that Portugal had a cockroach problem so I wasn't that surprised to see one in the bathroom, but I would have liked if the shower drain was a bit cleaner. And the last thing I would mention was that our window was next to a local Glovo or food delivery guys hang out so we had to keep the windows closed at night to try to cancel out the noise.
