La ubicación no está mal si te mueves pero está en una zona donde no hay apenas nada,el apartamento es amplio y nos lo encontramos limpio

1. There was no guideine/manual booklet providing instructions on how to operate the amenities or troubleshoot should issues arise. For example, the electrical breaker tripped and we lost power in the apartment, and we were unclear where the panel was or what to do in the event of a power failure. We were literally sitting in the pitch dark (happened at night). When we attempted to call the phone number provided on our registration, no one answered the phone. We resorted to emailing with "urgent" in our subject line to draw attention to our situation. We didn't receive an email response until 2 hours later with no viable instruction or how to prevent the issue from happening again. We ended up door knocking to neighboring apartments to seek help. When we thought we were free and clear of power issues, the apartment fire alarm went off. We resorted to flipping the breaker and repowering. ****CRITICAL - every BNB should have instructions and viable phone numbers to call in the case of an emergency. 2. The advertisement for the property should clearly list that it is minimally stocked. We had 1 tea towel for dishes and one bath towel each for a 7 night stay. When we requested additional linens, in particular another tea towel and dish cloths to wipe things down, we were told to buy paper towel to get us through. **Not a solution!!! 3. The kitchen had no standard condiments such as salt & pepper for cooking. **put it in the advertisement that ALL kitchen supplies, aside from cooking utensils and appliances, will need to be purchased by the renter. 4. The minimal bathroom supplies didn't get us through the week. We had 3 tiny rolls of toilet paper, and a near empty hand soap dispenser. *****Again, advertise that the apartment has minimal to no supplies and the responsibility of the renter. 5. Minimal cleaning supplies. The apartment has no dust pan to pick up dirt from the floor.

Nó breakfast included

Customer service is very bad. They blindly trust online service but is not effective. I raised complains which were not attended. The main access key does not properly and none cares fixing it. No reception to drop luggage in cases of later flight. One is literally forced out from the apartment at 11:00 am.
