"Excellent"

The location was great, large open space, comfortable living, meals and kitchen area.

The only thing we didn't like was the mattress was extremely firm and you could feel all the springs when you slept. It was very uncomfortable.

trochu mi chybělo vybavení na první dva dny např. kapsle do kávovru, nebo dva sáčky čaje

"Locked out on a street in Lisbon at almost midnight !!"

The apartment, decor and location were excellent.

We couldn't access the property late at night due to being given an incorrect access code and then couldn't contact anyone to help.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren großzügig und sauber. Gute Lage.

Check in war umständlich da die Adresse sehr schwer zu finden ist. Trotz längerem Aufenthalt kein Wechsel der Bade bzw. Handtücher. Keine Zwischenreinigung und Müllentsorgung in Eigenregie, wobei kein Ort zur Entsorgung angegeben wird. Schlechte Klimaanlage!

"Tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Lissabon"

Modern und hell eingerichtete Wohnung zentral in Lissabon gelegen. Übergabe der Schlüssel war problemlos. Ein modernes Parkhaus mit direktem Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung

Das Bett hätte etwas breiter sein können.

"Poor maintenance"

Nicely renovated apartment. Location is very central, even though the windows are on the street side, so you have to keep them closed in order to avoid street noise and street lights at night

1.The major problem with the air conditioner. It was blowing air but not cooling. Even though the property management tried to fix the problem, the nights were very hot and humid due to closed windows to avoid street lights and noise and because the air conditioner was not working. 2. BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. 3. Even though they have a coffee machine and a teapot, there are no small quantities of coffee or tea bags were left to use . You would expect that from even 2-star or 3-star hotels 😳. Overall pretty uncomfortable stay.
