Clean convenient to shops and restaurants

Very confusing. Night we arrived had to pick up key for apartment from hotel. Spent almost 3 hours trying to find the apartment. We had the key but were not told the key was for the apartment and we also needed a code to get into the building. Finally got in at 3.10 am. Had to park car on street as we didn’t know where to park the car very hard to find. I think you need to have someone there on arrival to explain everything. We did not see anyone the 4 days we were there. Made for a very bad start to our holiday.

Good location, clean, very friendly staff

Contrast to the overall spacious apartment, the bedroom, in particular the bed itself was quite small. The bed, an old iron framed structure, is not firm, rather shaky. While even the detergent tabs for dishwasher are provided in sufficient quantity, there was no soap or hand-wash liquid in the apartment. Finally the building entry is quite tight for car driving in or out. We had a mid-sized rental car and it was a challenge every time driving in and out.

Apartment was beautiful, updated, quiet, and superbly located. Parking was a life saver, and right next to the entrance to the unit. Check out was easy.

Check in was a nuisance with a car and without international phone data, which made communication between me and my husband very challenging as there was nowhere for him to leave the car while I got the keys, and I had trouble finding him afterwards. The address on the listing is not the actual address (you get that at the FLH office when getting the keys), and I couldn’t communicate the actual address with my husband. While parking was in a great location, the doors in the garage aren’t marked and it took a long time (and help from an attendant we happened upon) to find our way to the apartment unit. Hint - go into the door immediately next to the parking spot, continue to weave your way to the elevator, then go up to floor 1. Fridge wasn’t clean when we arrived, and there were no essential products included (trash bags, laundry soap, coffee pods, etc). For a four night international stay, it didn’t make sense for us to purchase these. There were no spare towels or sheets provided. Lighting was very confusing, but there are instructions hidden in the tv console.

Location was great , lots of room, had all facities that you would need, exceptionally high quality fittings and equipment. Windows, shutters and balcony a great bonus.

Couldn't get the heating to work, on site parking was very tight for a large car.

A very clean, centrally located spot with secure parking! A really lovely apartment, spacious.

Just general comforts / conveniences were missing - bed / sheets were quite uncomfortable, very small bar of soap, no coffee pods, etc. A very minimal spot - definitely have to bring everything!

Location is great, the appartement looks fantastic

The bed is horrible and the washing machine did not work.

The apartment was top class with great bedding. Everything perfect

The check in procedure requires you to go to the apartment to pick up the remote for the garage to park the car. A bit clumsy and frustrating
