FLH Restauradores Bright Flat

A beautiful apartment in Lisbon, very close to lovely restaurants, attractions, and the city center. Scrupulously clean, beautifully presented and had everything you would want.

This was easily the best accommodation we have ever booked using this platform and we travel a lot! Perfect location, friendly and easy to communicate with, no hassle at all. And the flat itself is like something from a movie! Gorgeous high ceilings, excellent shower, immaculately clean, really appreciated the coffee machine and good hair dryer. We'll be seeking it out on the next trip to Lisbon. Nothing to fault here. 10/10

We arrived in the pouring rain so did not see FLH signs. Took awhile to find office. Would be good idea to put on Booking.com to look for pillar with FLH sign. Condo was great!

The flat is attractive and in a good location.

All the issues raised by previous reviewers are still there. Picking up keys from the Welcome Centre was hard as we couldn’t get parked nearby. The staff member didn’t know if the garage was adjacent to the flat and they couldn't provide a map showing the location. Once we found it, which was not fun with Lisbon traffic and road closures, it was not clear where the garage was, and you still have to go to the apartment to collect the garage key despite many reviewers saying how awkward this is. The garage is a joke – there are signs to a lift so you get in it with your luggage to find it isn’t the right lift – it goes up to a different building. So back down again and search for the right lift, opening different white doors, none of which are labelled, along white corridors (if you’ve seen ‘Severance’ you’ll get the idea) until you eventually find the right lift. It was a very stressful check in experience. Even though the apartment is nice, it’s not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t book with this Lettings Agent again. We were aware FLH are stingy with supplies, but two cheap sachets of shampoo, two dishwasher tablets, no coffee pods etc is just ridiculous for a three night stay for two people. And FLH – if you’re just going to say ‘Thank you for your review as it is very important for us to keep improving’ like you have to every other constructive criticism please don’t bother.

The location was excellent, so quiet and yet in the centre of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

It was light and bright, well equipped and in a great location.

The apartment was amazing, and the location is really in the heart of Lisbon and most of the popular avenues are nearby. You have lovely restaurants and coffees around, but the street where the apartment is situated is calm so you don't have to worry at night.

The additional duvet had many stains on it and it seemed like it hasn't been washed before we came so we couldn't use it and turned on the radiator instead to not be cold at night.

Excellent location and a great apartment

The customer service was difficult if you are going to book the apartment need to check on renovation work as the noise next door was from 7 00am to 6 30 at night this meant we had to be out all day and could not enjoy the apartment parking was OK but we could use the lift to go up to 1st floor but not to go down you need a key which was not supplied

Its spacious size, its facilities, its location, the balconies, its elegance.

Intrigued by the mysterious elevator.

Amazing apartment with extra comfort. All necessary equipments are available. Super clean and big apartment, we enjoyed staying there very much. Location is perfect, main squares are 1-2 minutes away.
