Didn’t give the room that was advertised. Dirty, not ready to be rented out, poor condition, moldy tile in shower, noisy, could here adjust rooms moving furniture, dogs barking and roosters crowing, had to wait for room, possibly overbooked, water heater not on and toilet didn’t work, I had to repair it.

Price and general location were excellent. Taken on its own merits, the room was great.

Wanted entire family group to stay in same property. Talked to CSuites to arrange it weeks before any of us came to stay, and the host agreed--offering a room in either floor 8 or 12 of same cluster that others were staying. Despite this promise and repeated checking, the actual room was in a different cluster and "could not be moved". Multiple elevators were needed to meet up. Host was hard to reach, and then hung up when we called to discuss the issue.

Location

No one ever came to fix the hot water. It didnt have shower curtains so it would get flooded every time. No salt. Just 2 bath towels.

Vétusté, le ménage très mal fait, fuite dans la salle de bain, panne d’internet fallait vraiment insister pr obtenir la réparation, pas de couette pr la 3 e personne après notre demande on nous a donné juste un jeu de draps….

Booked this place simply for the fact it stated it had a gym and spa, even had photos of the gym. However upon arrival, you can not use the gym or spa. Completely false advertising. Please be aware. A shame really because it’s a lovely area and the flat itself is decent but I only booked for the gym and spa.

The host was very kind and answered all my questions right away! Great view from the room and a lovely morning
