Great little flat in lavapies. Was a bit worried about the location as there were no businesses in the street but it was fine and we had no problems at all. Flat is comfortable with working heating in the bedroom. We didn't spend a lot of time there but a really good base for exploring Madrid!

Not really anything to complain about. The bathroom was pretty small and the drainage isn't great but it was fine for 2 people. They do ask for a €100 deposit but this was then returned with no issues at all.

The apartment is very small, but clean and comfortable. Everything basic worked and was available - shower products, dishwashing detergent, olive oil, spices, good quality bed linen. The apartment is located in the Latina barrio. One of the most traditional areas of Madrid, very close to the Plaza Mayor, maintains its streets, squares and historic buildings, currently full of bars, taverns, restaurants and cafes, of variable quality but in general they are advisable. But the area is specific for me, there are many immigrants from not very prosperous backgrounds. It’s great to stay for a couple of nights, but I wouldn’t want to live in such an area.

We could NOT turn on the coffee machine - it seemed to be malfunctioning, the light in the kitchen was flickering all the time and noticeably caused inconvenience. The hood above the stove did not work. They take 100 euros as a deposit

Very nice flat with all necessary

Very close location of neighboring apartments. Dinner was being prepared and the whole smell was coming to the apartment. then there were Spanish songs and funny conversations. of course, this is a color, I really wanted to rest. In the living room, the window does not open, so it was stuffy.

Switable for 3 persons. Design of the appartement. Kitchen and ustensiles. Self checking.

You dont feel safe on the area. The owner dont answer your questions and requests. No air conditioning on the sleeping Room.

Just what we paid for. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, well located, easy to commute.

It was not an issue for us, but accessibility could be a challenge for some as the apartment is in a third floor without elevator.

I liked the area and the apartment was comfortable.

The bedroom was a little hot even with the Aircon on in the lounge. It might benefit from another small Aircon unit.
