The pics in listing are too old and hence misleading. Probably the pics were taken 5-7 years back when the last renovation happened. The actual room is no where close. The building is old as well and not in a good locality. I wish I knew this before I booked.

The property was very well located, it was very clean and had everything we could of wanted:)

As others have said, the hot water lasted for no time at all, which made a challenge for three of us to shower. There was a fairly well-stocked kitchen, but no kettle nor even a saucepan to boil some water. It was a small place - just about enough room to walk round the bed, but the bathroom was tiny. But the main problem was the deposit, and the customer care. They recommend paying the it by paypal, which I did before travelling, and I also contacted to advise that as we were arriving late, my son would collect the keys. No response. Then they made my son pay the deposit again (which he did by card), so I messaged and sent a screen shot of the deposit I paid. No response. After leaving, my son had his deposit back a couple of days later. But no response about the payment I had made. I gave it a week, then messaged again, and had a deduction with no explanation I followed up again and eventually received a response in which they claimed it was due to paypal fees, and that I don't know how to use paypal. However I do know about paypal, and what they should have done is 'issued refund' rather than sent a new payment. But in any case the fees would never be 14%. I gave them a final chance to resolve, but yet again did not have a response, so I escalated a disputed transaction to Paypal, which hey settled in my favour. I wonder how many others have just accepted this extortionately high 'fee' simply because they don't know how to the system they recommend. I shan't be using these people again
