"Awful don’t stay here"

I’m vacationing there so dont have a car . So I called a Uber to pick up the keys and added a stop. While I went to get the keys , it’s about 10-15 min from the property the Uber was trying to leave me. When I got there she told me there’s no elevator. I told her I have back problems and neck surgeries. She threatened saying they will keep all my money if I didn’t stay there . Very inconsiderate and rude ! Furthermore , the lock doesn’t work correctly and hot water issues.

Everything. Location was a bad area , access was difficult, no hot water and no elevator

Check in and out was convenient. The apartment was decorated cute.

The hot water heater only lasted for a few minutes even with the 1st person of the day showering. The location was convenient to get to a lot of places but the neighborhood wasn’t the safest feeling at night
