Appartement bien placé, proche du métro et de plusieurs quartiers vraiment sympas à pied.

Peu de lumière, voisins très bruyants, odeur de cigarette et de produit d'entretien. Ballon d'eau chaude tout juste pour deux.

La colazione non era prevista. la posizione è ottima

si legge che "È richiesto un deposito cauzionale di € 300 all'arrivo. Dovrai pagarlo con la carta di credito. Dovresti ricevere il rimborso al momento del check-out. Il deposito ti sarà rimborsato per intero sulla carta di credito dopo una verifica dello stato dell'alloggio". In realtà, si paga prima, così come l'opzione di 18,19€, che garantisce una copertura inferiore, ma quest'ultimo non è rimborsato (!!!!)....dunque, lo si apprende al momento della scelta...quando cioè non si ha il tempo di optare per altro alloggio :( perchè non informare l'utenza prima e in tempo utile? perchè comunque è obbligatorio versare o €300 o €18,19...quest'ultima non è una gran cifra...ma posso decidere io a chi destinarla??????

Neighborhood is quiet and safe and close to Madrid centre. Clean apartment with everything functional. AC is strong enough, with washing machine which brought convenience

Self check in might be a bit complicated but instructions are clear. Extra maintenance cost was incurred which was not informed upon booking.

We were mislead by the pictures. The interior was the same but the exterior was in a very dark and dingy location and the walk inside the building up to the room was dark and scary. We were two girls and felt very worried about our safety every time we left the room and had to walk back to it. Extremely false images and misleading
