There was no lift.

For the relatively small space, they've made the most of it. The kitchen had most of what we needed in a very compact area. We were able to make breakfast in the room and eat at a small dining table, which was convenient and saved us some money. We used plates, bowls, pans, cooking utensils and the fridge throughout our stay. There is a couch to relax on when resting between experiences. The bathroom has a nice shower with a handheld wand and overhead "rain" head. The location was close to some key sites we wanted to see: it is around the corner from Reina Sofia Museum, and a short walk to the Prado Museum, botanic gardens, and Retiro Park. There is a good-sized closet with a lot of hangers available. This is within a short walk to a variety of restaurants and a main drag with bus options. It is also a short walk to Madrid ATOCHA train station; close enough to walk to unless you have larger or a higher number of bags. Unfortunately, I didn't take this into account when planning our train to Barcelona. If you are staying here, and taking a train elsewhere, look into options out of ATOCHA! We got a taxi to Chamartin train station easily enough, but I wish I had been more aware.

Limited windows with no views. If you open them, you're looking across a narrow gap to another building. This made it less appealing for spending time in. That's not why we go on vacation. We were there to see Madrid, but the rest breaks would have been nicer with some view other than a wall. The room was also very noisy. This isn't something the owners can do anything about, but be aware. As we adjusted to jet lag and the time change, we wanted to sleep in but couldn't due to the noise from next door. Other sounds (phones, radio, conversations), came through the thin walls pretty easily. A few conveniences would have made the kitchen even better: paper towels and some olive oil and just a handful of basic spices would make cooking more convenient.

Location was excellent. Right behind the Reina Sofia Museum and with many alternatives for coffee, food or Super Markets. Apartment was clean and quite modern

Some times there was noise from the next door apartment. There were no napkins or kitchen paper or a bottle of water when we got in. The TV in the room was not working

The location was close (walking distance) to the Atocha train station which was a plus.

The flat is situated within a patio, no sun light. Every window view is for other windows within 2 meters distance. Therefor there is very bad air circulation. It was really hard to dry washed clothes. The bed mattrace or frame (or both) should be changed. It was in really bad condition, uneven surface.

Apartment is located less than 5 min walk from the subway stations. Electronic lock and the app to open it - was great great and no hassle to enter the apartment. All the amenities you need are in the apartment.

The location is outside city centre so it's necessary to travel with subway. But this is info accessible when making the reservation.

Very clean and a lot of space for a group of people. The host was available to understand how we were and if we needed help. Big space with two bathrooms and several beds. The kitchen is also well equipped and the living area is very cosy.

Everything was perfect. Due to a structural problem, We have been replaced to another apartment. "BNBHolder Best I Madrid Rio" was where I stayed. All the goods in the house looked brand new. I really enjoyed to staying there.
