The location is superb. The apartment it within good walking distance of many supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. It’s also located near two metro stations, Atocha station and many tourist sites such as the botanical gardens. The kitchen had everything you would need for a city break, and even had washing up liquid and cloths. There was a big wardrobe space with hangers for clothing and even an iron and a clothiers airer. Communication from the host was amazing and they even recommended restaurants and bars for us in the local area. They were very helpful.

It was easy to collect the keys according to the instructions. (However, if you're traveling with a lot of luggage and you're not taking a cab, it's a bit annoying to go all the way to the office and then to go back to the apartment.) The apartment was ok, it was equipped with everything you might need, including a Nespresso machine and a washing machine. The washing machine was great, but it took a few days for the clothes to dry because there was no proper heating. The location was great, though. It was easily accessible by metro/train and walking distance from the city center.

There was basically no daylight in the apartment. All the windows point to a little patio, which was under construction. You can heat the place only through the air conditioning unit, which I had to turn on myself as soon as I arrived. It was very cold and humid when I got there, it took approx. 24 hours to properly heat up. I would recommend everyone to bring ear plugs since you can hear every conversation in the hallway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There is everything what you need for few days stay. The personnel is extremely helpful and in constant touch. The location is really perfect, especially if you want to visit museums.

the Flat has only interior windows to patio. That is why if you need open Windows, you can hear and can be heard by neighbours.
