FLH Chiado Modern Place

Good sized apartment and location was accessible to all areas of the city. Can easily walk to metro, ferry and train station, the no 28 Passes by a street away, Time Out 5 minutes walk and all other shopping and dining areas well within 20 minutes slow walk..

We are not overly fussy and don’t generally complain and also if an issue give the owners / operators an opportunity to rectify.. the agency did respond within 24 hours to a couple of issues we had on arrival .. AC not working which was easily rectified and although we were also aware that the apartment balcony overlooked Pink Street, we were not aware of how noisy it could be at night .. if you plan to stay out until early hours every night then apartment position is ok but if not then choose another as very disruptive sleeping. We had read the reviews and a couple had mentioned notes and fact that they couldn’t close the windows as were broken and subsequently could not shut out the noise .. I checked with the agency that manage priority and was told they were repaired .. this was not the case .. no obvious repair work had been carried out. Accept the building is old and acceptable location is central downtown and busy.. but no excuse for not rectifying a problem that affects renters. The apartment as stated was in an old building and as such the building entrance way always had a smell of drains, the apartment itself although comfortable and nicely furbished and usable was showing signs of age, with dampness obvious on one wall and mould in shower area , again very easy to resolve by just spraying and cleaning each rotation.

Very cute appartment,Location great,near the metro,tram,buses.Supermarket near,all the attractions in walkable distance.Elevator.Comfortable bed.Enough wardrobe. The appartment has everything you need!!Good equipped kitchen with washing mashine and the dishwasher,owen,fridge,all of it! Looks like on the photos,even the size.

Niente. La posizione era super centrale, peccato che sotto c’è la pink street e non abbiamo dormito per entrambe le notti per colpa degli schiamazzi.

La casa è stata una delusione totale. Quando siamo entrati ho capito subito che era il classico annuncio truffa. Le foto non corrispondono per niente alla realtà. L’appartamento è buio e trascurato. Ma la cosa peggiore è che era estremamente sporco, le pulizie generali ma anche gli asciugamani e le lenzuola. Nella doccia c’erano masse di capelli ovunque. Ho scritto subito all’host per chiedergli di mandare qualcuno a pulire nuovamente e a cambiare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Al nostro ritorno nella doccia ho ritrovato gli stessi capelli che erano in terra ammassati sul lato della doccia. La casa affaccia sulla faccia famosa pink street, o come si chiama, piena di locali. Non abbiamo dormito due notti, gli infissi nemmeno si chiudevano da quanto il legno è gonfio. Muffa nei commenti delle piastrelle. Parquet macchiato. Il divano sembrava preso da una strada e rubato ad un barbone. Nel bagno l’appendi asciugamani attaccato al muro si era staccato e chissà da quanto è rimasto li’ così, ignorato. Insomma negligenza assoluta. Per fortuna avevamo già deciso di non usare la cucina, altrimenti avrei dovuto rilavare tutte le posate e le stoviglie. Veramente il peggior soggiorno della mia vita sotto ogni aspetto. Mi dispiace ma facendo questo lavoro non accetto assolutamente essere presa in giro in questo modo, soprattutto per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato.

Amazing location and the apartment was very comfortable and clean

The balcony window was very hard to close, I think it was broken. The bathroom was great, but the shower did leak a lot.
