The location was great. You felt safe .

Access to getting the keys was a disaster. The instructions were not good. They said to go clockwise and push to open the door but in fact it was counter clockwise and no pushing. After a lot of tries we finally got in. The door in the living room was totally off the hinges. When I went top open it almost fell on me. Looks like there was some water damage as at the bottom of the door frame it was rotted. The dishwasher was dirty and you couldn't slide the top rack out. The bathroom sink seemed clogged as the draining of the water was really slow. The toaster was not working properly. You had to hold down the knob so that you can toast your bread. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a bottom sheet with a duvet and coverlet. We were very disappointed with the accommodation. In addition, we were told that the garbage was in the basement and we could not find it as we were told nothing was to be left in the apartment. We placed the garbage in garbage cans that were on the street. The units should be checked on and cleaned etc. before they are rented out as they would have known about all these issues. Not worth the money we paid.

This is an apartment stay done right. Checks so many boxes: 1. Location: Can't rave enough about the location - walkable to the metro, tram/bus stops just few yards away, the main praca do comercio square, timeout market, right at the corner of the pink street, tram 28 stop and more. Absolute convenience! 2. The space, cleanliness and convenience: The apartment was perfect for 2 people. A separate bedroom, a decent size hall with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, a separate bathroom and wardrobe space. Great space. The housekeeping was excellent - the place was speckless when we checked in. And the convenience of having a kitchenette, large fridge, dish washer, microwave, oven and essential crockery and cutlery made the experience better. 3. Efficient operations: We received a detailed guide on the apartment, user guides for the equipments, and even recommendations of restaurants after the booking. That was really professional. And the communication before, during and after the stay was efficient and they answered all our queries on time and without fuss.

Сomfortable apartment with everything needed. The location and design are great! The building has two entrance doors on both streets - that's extremely convenient.

Check-in was absolutely terrible. In advance I've filled out the check-in form twice. in two hours I wrote in the booking chat, what time I will be. Whatsup contact is not available, they asked to call. I spent money by calling through a mobile connection - but only got to the auto-reply and paid for it through roaming. After 35 minutes outside under the rain with the luggage, they answered me in booking chat with instructions. To say that I was in a terrible mood when I entered the apartment is to say nothing!

Modern apartment, sufficient space. House renovated, feels safe. Good sound insulation from noisy street.

Thorough cleaning of carpets, soft furniture, shower is needed.
