It has a beautiful view. The rooms were nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything you need if you want to eat in.

The only negative is the hill to walk up to get to the square.

I was met my lovely host Nicola and his daughter in the square on arrival and they took me and my luggage to the apartment, which was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything I needed for the week ... and the most stunning view from the balcony of the old town. They even left a gorgeous welcome pack of traditional goodies, which was a lovely touch. I was doing the ceramics course at Salemi Ceramics, and the location was perfect - a two minute walk slightly uphill to the square, where I had excellent coffee and a croissant every morning at my host's coffee shop before a 5 minute walk through the beautiful old town to the school. It was the most gorgeous week and I would definitely return. Nicola and his lovely family were so friendly and welcoming, and I know would have helped with anything if I needed them to.

Great view of the city and it is close to Piazza Libertà. The place is spacious and has a small balcony. Really comfortable and would highly recommend. Nicola was also an exceptional host!!!

Nothing, everything was great. Possibly the location would be challenging for someone with mobility problems who did not have a car but for me it was perfect.

I stayed at Halicia Vacanze during my one-week pottery course at Salemi Ceramics, and it was perfect. The host, Nicola, was so welcoming and friendly. He met me at Piazza Libertà and gave me a tour of the apartment. The place is well-equipped, has air conditioning and is in a great location. It’s very close to the grocery store and only a 5-minute walk from the main square and the ceramics school. PS: The view from the balcony is stunning and overlooks the city. It’s truly picturesque!

The apartment had everything I needed for my week in Salemi! It was clean, air conditioned, near the supermarket and with a shortcut to the centre of town.
