Double bedroom in ashared flat

No breakfast was mentioned, the bed was comfy ,

Response to telephone calls could have been answered quicker, rather than the need for me to call several time. No fire safety signs anywhere .

The room was clean.

we had to wait outside for over a hour before we got the code to check ourselves in, we called the contact number provided many times but no answer. The bathroom floor was wet my partner had a fall in the bathroom and hit her head on the sink and also has really awful bruises all over her arm. our experience was not good at all.
