It is 3 flights of concrete stairs. Poorly lit. Hard to read pin code. When we arrived and entered code someone else was on the bed. Neither of us could not contact host. Host made no attempt to call me. Today noticed they has sent a message to change the room but I had already left by then and got another hotel. She made no attempt to call me

Lovely clean flat. Large room. Fab bath! Warm, spacious. Drinks facilities in kitchen. Really impressed.

Poor Communication. Despite giving desired time of arrival no instruction were sent. Had to phone to get the door code and only then was the (actially very informative) text sent with all info. If this had been sent in advance of our visit it would have been perfect.

Clean rooms and lovely kitchen. Very close to town centre.

Contact should be made 2 hours prior in order to be provided access to the flat. Parking access needs some prior arrangement too, but worked perfectly well.

easy accessible. easy to get into room etc. bathroom and shower worked fine. towels provided

no kettle or tea and coffee provisions in room. window was open and a bit cold when we got there.

Toilets were not cleaned everyday Rooms were only cleaned once before check-in and wasn't cleaned up anymore during our 16 days of staying
