Double bedroom in ashared flat

Security is pathetic. On 1st day of our arrival, at 2am someone opened our room from outside. It means that person able to access the Flat and Room password. Second, instance:- another neighbour's room was also been seen opening by a person who was having the same password. I requested for check out date update but was not provided.

Nothing

The standard of this property was poor. The heating was not working and when we tried to contact the owner, we received no reply. In terms of the 'free parking' we were advertised, we were only told the next day where we were supposed to park, which resulted in us parking on a main road, where we had to pay. The flat itself smelt like cigarettes, the facilities such as the toilet were not cleaned to a decent standard and the sheets of the bed smelt just as bad too, which caused us to have to put put clothes over the pillow case. Me and my daughter were so uncomfortable staying here, that we had to leave the following day, we didn't even stay the full 2 nights. I would not recommend to anyone who wants to stay somewhere and have a peace of mind.

What a horrible horrible place in a rundown council estate maisonette flat. definitely not an apartment.I went with my two children how can I possibly stay in a room like this with 2 children it is not acceptable to advertise this as a place to take children very disappointed we did not even stay. my children were heartbroken and scared to say the least. had to drive back to Weston-super-Mare from London at 8 o’clock at night. not arriving home until 2230

Nothing at all the owner is the worst person to deal with. They blocked my phone number.
