Double bedroom in ashared flat

We had issue with the heating in the room but after reporting several times to the host, we received no reply except when host couldn’t find keys to main door she wrote us and even that did not mention anything about solving the heating problem.

it was hard to get hold of the hosts and there was no free parking, I got a ticket !

The neighbors who seems to leave permanently there are very noisy. They are listening podcasts and music on speakers in the hallway. They also loudly talking in the hallway. The kid is running and shouting in the hallway. When the kid is going to a toilet don’t close the door. The walls are extremely thin and I heard absolutely everything like it is all going on in the room. The room has a cigarette strong smell despite it says it is a non smoking room. The furniture is poor and old with stains. I couldn’t stay there and get a proper sleep. I had an exam in the morning and this room and the condition was unacceptable. I left to another hotel and asked for a full refund.

Dirty kitchen; stove, cabinets, ceiling and floor full of fat and oil. Sink full of dishes; there was not enough dishes; dirty dishes in the closet; lack of sink cloths and dishwashing; dirty bed linen, room floor without vacuuming. Used and hair-filled bedding, old, scratched and dirty bedding, lack of extra blankets, bedroom floor without vacuuming, dirty kitchen, things and food spoiling in the refrigerator, little dishes in the closets, crazy broken and dirty in the closets, piled dishes not sink, garbage full. Stuff in the room full of dust. Kitchen full of dirt and grease on the doors, wall and even on the ceiling.
