"Buena ubicación a buen precio"

La ubicación es muy buena, óptima para visitar Sintra y con un entorno muy bonito. Tuvimos un incidente con agua que se filtró por el techo en la habitación, pero nos compensaron con un reembolso de parte del precio.

La habitación no se correspondía con la foto, estaba menos cuidado. El edificio huele un poco a humedad y polvo.

"Excelente ubicación, pero con detalles a mejorar"

La ubicación es perfecta, justo en una de las mejores zonas del pueblo, con todo a mano: restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de interés. El check-in fue muy sencillo y recoger las llaves resultó rápido y sin complicaciones

Lo que menos nos gustó fueron las instalaciones: la ducha estaba prácticamente rota y perdía agua, además varias luces y enchufes no funcionaban. El estacionamiento solo es de pago y la calle está muy colapsada por el tránsito, lo que complica un poco la llegada

La localización

Hacía mucho frío en la habitación, no funcionaba la calefacción y no había mantas. Se lo comenté al personal y no nos dieron solución
