FRPour les personnes aimant se plonger dans les vielles demeures, Jolis plafonds. Propreté et sanitaires sans défauts. La situation de l'appartement est bien mais préférer Ilba pour être au coeur de la citée baroque.
Un coup de peinture dans les partie communes et sur le porche d'entrée.

DEDie Unterkunft ist in einem Palazzo und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat uns gut umsorgt und bei der anstrengenden Parkplatzsuche geholfen. Sie hat uns sogar noch mehr Kaffee vorbeigebracht. Sehr aufmerksam.
Die Wasserleitungen sind sehr alt und laut. Davon bin ich wach geworden. Aber das gehört dazu, wenn man in einem Palazzo übernachten möchte.
CHDie Lage ist gut. Beide Wohnungen sind auf den ersten Blick schön.
Francesco der Eigentümer hat mich vorgängig telefonisch kontaktiert und wollte, dass ich meine Reservation bei Booking storniere und ihm den Betrag bar bezahle mit einem kleinen Rabatt, was ich ablehnte. Zudem wollte er mir kurzfristig die Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer andrehen? Obwohl ich die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht und bezahlt hatte. Die Wohnung mit den beiden Schlafzimmern kann ich nicht empfehlen, da man im Hauptschlafzimmer den Lärm von der kleiner Wohnung von Francesco hört. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer kann ebenfalls nicht verwendet werden, da im Obergeschoss/Estrich 3 Umlauferhitzer für 3 Wohnungen stehen, die extrem laut dröhnen, wenn jemand warmes Wasser verwendet. Man kann sich vorstellen, wie oft es bei 3 Wohnungen dröhnt…. 😡
CHPosizione molto centrale, ben raggiungibile nelle belle e strette vie di Ragusa. L'appartamento ha un fascino tutto suo e non gli manca nulla. Anche essendo in centro è molto silenzioso. Ottima pulizia. Gestore molto premuroso e attento. Il prezzo-qualità è adeguato.
DEDas Appartement war für uns drei sehr großzügig bemessen. Zwei Bäder (bei zwei Schlafzimmern) und ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum lassen ausreichend Platz für alle. Die Betten waren sehr groß und gemütlich. Das ganze Appartement ist schön dekoriert und lichtdurchflutet (wenn man die Fensterläden auflässt). Alles sauber und praktisch, Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet. Von außen erwartet man nicht unbedingt eine so schöne Unterkunft!
ROApartamentul este situat într-un imobil istoric, este amenajat frumos și are farmecul lui. Are două dormitoare și două bai. Gazda, Elisa, a fost foarte amabilă, ne-a dat multe informații despre obiectivele turistice și ne-a recomandat restaurante foarte bune pentru cină . De asemenea, la recomandarea ei am parcat gratuit pe o stradă din spatele imobilului.
